Chalie Sgrillo is asking for signatures from members in order to review the currently approved budget which includes a 7.5% increase in our fees. Chalie's petition should be given careful consideration by all member especially in light of how our current board has chosen to operate. If you want to review or stop this budget, this is one way to do it. A careful review of this budget would not hurt anything. We members could approve or reject it at the special meeting.
The board has NOT properly budgeted for the legal fees they will incur on your behalf in pursuit of LOT13 development project. More increases are coming unless we change the course of this board.
Kevin McGrath - current President feels its a bad idea and said as much in a email to all members.
